The one problem I have with this had is the set up I haven't been able to do it wirlessly

My mom loves it it’s super quick and gets the job done.

Could not be happier with how fast this scanner is. The ability to scan driver licenses and other card info is a real bonus. I use it with Adobe Acrobat and it's very easy. I can even use it with its own software and that's fine too. I tossed some old 4x6 photos in it just for kicks and was pleasantly surprised at how well it fed them through and then how well they scanned. Not bad at all. Some rainy day I will scan them all in before they deteriorate. Final note: hang onto to your flatbed for weird things like books or fragile docs. Other than that, go for this scanner!

I love this little printer! I take it with me when I have to go in to work. It is easy to use and very light weight. I love the program interface as it is easy to understand and manage. You can program it to save all your scanned documents to google drive! yay

Having a hard time sending scans to my office email account. Cannot figure out the problem as I can send scans to other non work email addresses. Aside from that setup was a bit long but managed to get through it

I’m using this to scan documents so I can work from home. Because it saves to a flash drive, you don’t have to hook it up to a computer, just plug it in and go to work.

I bought this to scan pictures on to my computer. It did such a good job that began using it for my home business. I was impressed by how quickly the scanner works, and how well it scanned documents and business cards. I would by this scanner again.

My only complaint is scanned pages just pop out. I'd like better if they were caught in a tray or something to stop. Mostly fall to the floor and then I have to pick up.

This machine doea exavtly what i bot it for. I am sure it has lots of features i haven't figured out, but i am very happy with it.

This is a compact and very efficient scanner. I use it often for my home office and it has many options including saving scans as compact pdf. I highly recommend it.

This really suits my business needs for receipts and for checks. great product for the money and can be scanned to USB drive so it doesn't have to be hooked directly to a computer

Works great for my law school assignments. Is not large and bulky like other models.

I love the scanner I just wish it were compatible with my chrome book but the system only worked on my windows computer.

Needed a replacement for my neat receipt scanner. This was a perfect replacement and worked fine with neat receipts

Awful. I use a similar product at work, a Fuji scan snap. This thing is terrible. It crumbles papers. It doesn’t feed straight. It can handle a stack of papers no matter if you use 1/2 the stated capacity. The Fuji blows this thing away. Don’t buy it. You will be buying irritation.

Had trouble with feeder,Thin receipts r hard for it to grab.8 x 11 paper ok.lots time when I used to a pop up would say not in feeder so I would have to use my hand an hold it tight so it would grab and then use my other hand to hit scan on puter.My old Scansnap I would just push a button on the scanner.So I returned it and am ordering a Scansnap

I got this printer to use at home for my personal business. It works great and I like it a lot. The price was great and the ink is fairly priced.

Works great. Sheet feeding is a boon. Happy with my choice.
