I could not get this to hook up with any of my computers. it says plug and play.. try plug in.. it not play.. You spend hours downloading drivers and on IT support and it's still no play. You try to take it back to Best buy who is under Covid quarantine And no one is on the same page there. one person at the college station store said that the time was extended and I would have another two weeks at least to return it however once I return to Beaumont Texas they tell me that was not the case and that I had missed my window. this actually has made me want to stop shopping at Best buy because I've always had a good experience but I seem to have gotten the run around on this and now I'm stuck with something that doesn't work which cost me close to $300. I am not happy and do not recommend Best buy at this point to anyone.

However, it only supports OneDrive personal accounts, not OneDrive for business. Brother support kept trying to tell me it was a problem with my OneDrive account and that I should contact Microsoft. Nowhere in the product documentation is this limitation noted.

Posted .Hi, I'm sorry to hear it's pulling more than one page at a time to scan. The Automatic Document Feeder (ADF) can hold up to 20 pages and feeds each sheet individually. Make sure you are using 80 g/m2 (20lb) paper and always fan the pages before placing them in the ADF.
