A decent printer for the money. Prints OK. Scan function is not very intuitive. Setting up the WiFi was a mixed bag. Took me a few hours to set up my laptop. Still unable to set up my wife's (after 4 hours I gave up) although we have the same make of laptop, same WiFi network and operation system. Can't figure that one out.

2nd time purchasing. Durable and relatable printer

The Brother 2550dw printer is a larger printer and a little bit costly at the beginning. But it definitely worth it in the long run.

I've been using this printer over the last couple of weeks and it has not skipped a beat. It was very easy to setup, it's completely wireless requiring no cables other than the power cable. The printing quality is very good for a small office/home office black & white printer. The reason I prefer this monochrome printer over a color inkjet printer is because the toner lasts much longer. Also, laser printers will always outperform inkjet printers when it comes to printing in black & white. The text will be sharper, the blacks will be deeper, and the text will be finer. If you are looking for a printer to only print reports, articles, shipping labels, etc. and will not be doing any color printing, this is a great pick up.The only thing that I would have liked to have seen is a smaller form factor. Although it's not massive, it does take up a decent footprint. However, this could be due to the the size of the internals required to print 36 ppm. I also noticed that the hospital where I work uses these printers for their small offices! I can't comment on the longevity of the toner as I haven't ran out yet, but rest assured that they will last you A LOT longer than any inkjet cartridge. Brother makes a regular toner for this machine (TN-730) and a high yield toner (TN-760). The high yield toner is supposed to yield around 3,000 pages!!! That is 20 times the standard 200 page yield of a standard black inkjet cartridge!! That's insane!! Again, if you plan to only print in black and white, do not buy an inkjet printer and get one of these puppies instead!

Seems OK, but a little noisy. I hope it will work with Windows 11, when I get a new computer.

This is a perfect printer/scanner/copier for a college student. Laser cartridge lasts a long time.

My internet has 2.4 and 5-G, this priter did not find the 5-G band but only 2.4 banks. Even though it showed that it was connected to the same net work, but my Mac book could not find the printer! Beside the technology for input the passcode of the WiFi is so out dated, for each character of you passcode, you need go through the whole cycle of alphabet and the numbers, my passcode was 12 characters, you can imagine how long that took me just to input the passcode. I finally have to take it back and ordered a canon.

Prints like crazy. I love the way it goes super fast when I need a quick print.

The copier works great but was not easy to set up. I needed to follow a YouTube video to set it up. Written instructions were inadequate.
