    This is a very basic and efficient printer. The operating instructions are not provided but YouTube never fails. I am a low tech 72 year old and I had it working 10 minutes after I plugged it in

    I haven't used the printer much so far but it works perfectly. Set up was easy and straightforward. My son has a several years old Brother and praises it, which is why I bought mine.

    It’s a good printer but I tried everything to connect it wirelessly to my internet and it would never work so I had to buy a cable and connect it that way. Needless to say, I can’t print anything from my IPad or phone without forwarding the information to my computer. Frustrating!

    It sucks! No password on the back so I cannot register it or get updates. I don't like that you can't scan if the toner is out. It keeps telling me I need paper and it's half full. It mangles envelopes, they come out wrinkled and crooked. I need to return it actually.

    This is the best and most reliable printer; I’ve been using one at home for many years and bought another one for my wife’s work! I’m sure it will last 100 years and then spend another 300 years in a museum! It just can’t break down.
