      I ordered this and had it shipped to the store. It took less time than expected to arrive. The product was just what I ordered. Installed it and is perfect. The fact that Best Buy stands behind their promise to get it to me in a timely fashion is a plus

      This printers cost per page is so low that OEM replacement toner is not a factor when looking for replacements. Pages print perfectly. install is a breeze.

      It's amazing how well a printer does when you use what is recommended for it. Copies started printing much, much better.

      Bought a replacement genuine Brother DR420 drum for my printer. The drum was cheap but best of all the quality of the print and ink is excellent and all worth it.
