Easy setup. Prints quickly. Not sure what more you need

We've had good luck w/ 2 other mono color Brother laser printers. Bought this one primarily to have AirPrint so we can print from mobile Apple (and other devices) AND it can scan and copy, so that sealed the deal. Our old Brother printers can network, but won't work with mobile devices; they only print, so having scanning & copying are a bonus. Thus far working as intended. Just got my mom the same printer so she can print from her new MacBook Air & iPad, phone.

When I purchased this device, I had no idea all of the functionality it had. Brother keeps the device updated and adds/improves functionality on a regular basis! It's easy to use once you get it set up. I love the AirPrint feature which I didn't realize it included. Makes it easy for my daughters to print from their mobile devices!

Easy out of the box set-up. There is no document feed tray. Manually feeding multi-page documents documents for copy might be a bit time consuming

Printing is fast and better quality than ink jet printers I have always used in past. Set-up difficult but not because of the printer which is 110-120 ft. away from laptop. Initially set-up in wireless mode but had drop off in spreadsheet data (blank portions of printed sheet) so solved this by having ethernet cable plugged into printer.

This machine may not print in color, but for the price, this is an exceptional B&W printer. The wireless capabilities are fantastic. I can print from just about anywhere in my house. I was surprised at how well it works on card stock as well. Exceeds my expectations on functionality. Would definitely recommend!

My older granddaughter needed a workhorse printer. She's a freshman in college and does a lot of writing and printing for class. The reviews of this one were good, plus I consult for a company that has other Brother models that are wonderfully reliable and hard working. Buying this was a no-brainer. Really nice product.

This printer is a good value for the price. Wifi printing and scanning work seamlessly. Printer is fast and quiet.

I had this one at work, and decided to get one for myself at home. It prints quick enough for such an impatient person like me! :)

Purchased this for my home office to replace an ink jet printer. I don't print a lot and it seemed like every time I needed to print with the ink jet, the cartridges were dried up and I'd have to buy new ones. So far this laser printer is great! Prints fast, no issues with cartridge being fouled up and great print quality.

It is a very good product for a small office. The only problem I can see is with the scanner if you need to scan multiple pages.

Exactly what I expected from Brother. Brother has been the OEM of choice when it comes to printers. More so than HP these days!!!

Work horse printer at a fraction of the cost. Replaced an HP Ink Jet that was less than three years old. Highly recommend.

If you and tired of replacing ink cartridges, this is the one to get. Replacing toner are very long intervals.

I like that it stores a lot of paper, avoiding frequent refills. The wireless fearure is wonderful. The ink lasts a long time. I only wish that when computer is I'd,e, that the on/off switch didn't pulsate. The printer is currently in my bedroom and I have to turn printer completely off. Not the end of the world, though. Much better than my old jet ink printer.
