The printer works great once it was setup. The instructions could be improved I do not have internet at my home. I had to call Brother Support for assistance to print from my phone.

great printer for black and white, still using the same toner that came with it, have not had. any problems of any kind

Purchased the first one of these printers in Feb 2020, it lasted until Nov 2021. The printer started making a loud clattering / grinding sound during printing while it was printing. Troubleshot the issue with Brother over the phone, they said the toner cart went bad. I replaced the toner cart still had the issue. I had a geek squad replacement warranty, Beat Buy replaced the printer with no issues in Nov 2021 with a brand new printer. The second printer failed 2 months later in Jan 2022, same exact issue as the first, making a loud grinding noise during printing like it was tearing itself apart from the inside. Once again worked with Brother and Geek Squad over the phone, unable to resolve the issue. Best Buy Geek Squad issued a store credit for the 2nd printer that went bad and I replaced it with an HP Laserjet. The Brother laser worked well while it lasted, but you basically get what you pay for in a sub $200 laser printer. Dont expect a $200 laser to perform like a $500 laser. I would definitely NOT recommend purchaseing a Brother Laser at least not without buying a Geek Squad Replacement Warranty. Kudos to Best Buy and Geek Squad for making the exchange and replacement policy so painless and easy!

The printer works great. I am very happy with my purchase. I have the older model also and they are very similar.

Say goodbye to all those inkjet printers that will dry out ink within a few months. This printer has been great for my kids for all their homework and remote learning needs. The laser Ink lasts a very long time.

It's okay. Had pay to have Best Buy Geek Squad come show me how to print from my android phone. Set-up fails to mention one of the downloads necessary in order to print from phone. Quality of print is okay.

Excellent so far. I had to YouTube the installation of the toner--the brochure wasn't very clear on the installation.

Best printer I’ve ever owned ! Never have had an issue with it . The ink seems to be lasting a long time also .

A relative wanted only Brother and we have found that the product is very good and meets all of our expectations.

So far this printer has been great. I don't print a whole lot but I'm still using the toner cartridge that it came with.
