Q: How does the paper feed into this printer? Is there an automatic feeder? Is there a paper tray?
A: There is no auto feed for copies. You lay on glass flat panel one page at time. Printing is automatic with paper tray on bottom.
A: Dear Confused26; This is a common question. You can visit the Brother website at https://www.brother-usa.com/ for software downloads. I do this all the time. Updates happen each day, so opening the box and pulling out an older CD isn't your best bet. Download it, install, it, and enjoy. Best of luck, Consultant Brian
Q: Does this come with one cartridge to get started with?
A: Yes it does come with a temporary one that’ll print around 600 pages.
Q: What does 'all in one' mean? Does it have a scanner?
A: yes, print copy and scan
Q: Can I copy a legal size piece of paper?
A: YES; the paper tray has a button towards the back of the paper tray that when depressed allows the back of the paper tray to be extended to accommodate legal size paper. When the tray is placed back in the bottom of the printer it actually extends out the back of the printer slightly. It sounds a little funky but works quite well. The only drawback to the HL-L2395DW is the copy/scan glass on the top of the printer will NOT accommodate legal size paper. This is not a problem for me as I virtually never use legal size paper (as in once every few years). I hope this helps!
Q: Does this All-in-One and its software allow one to scan multiple pages into a single document?
A: Yes, you can scan multiple documents into one pdf file.
Q: Is this printer compatible with Mac Pro Sierra OS 10.13.3 by USB and Wireless?
A: I answered this a couple days ago. I'm using a iMac using OS 10.13.3. At that time I was using usb. Now I'm using wi fi. It connected within min's with no problems. I'd recommend the Wi Fi connection because once it can access the internet it get a firmware update and more functions are available. No issues with Sierra.
A: I can print from my computer, Kindle and phone.
