The touchscreen was responsive and easy to use. However, mine simply refused to turn on at all after like 4 weeks I received it. And I was amazed by the fact that it had already passed exchange period of Bestbuy. Anyway, the lesson I have learned so far is: 1. Double-check Bestbuy’s deadline of exchange and test your machine as much as possible before it. 2. Brother’s customer service is non-existence during the pandemic. I waited on the phone for 45min for 3 days and no one picked up the phone once. 3. If your package was shipping to you thru OnTrac, be extra careful, they are very careless with the packages.
