This has been a solid, reliable printer. It lasted me for 10+ years of moderate usage. I almost felt like it deserved a funeral after it finally died. I am replacing it with the same brand, similar model.

Only 4 stars because we haven't used it enough to reveal any weaknesses. Everything works as expected including dual sided printing and internet printing. For internet printing we are using a wired connection to the printer so YMMV with wireless. It is noisy as some other reviews have noted but that is a don't-care for us. I like the UI but our old printer was a 13 year old HP 3020 so pretty much anything would be an improvement.

I bought this printer 2 years ago and it still works great! Recommended and bought another one for my uncle. I really like the AirPrint feature which you can print directly from your iPhone without installing of any apps.

The printer seems to work but it causes my overhead lights to flicker, my electronic doorbell to crackle and my remote control patio decor LED lights to come on. All of these are on my sun room circuit. This "energy efficient" printer should not have that much of a power draw, so something must be wrong with the internal circuitry. I saw another review where the same problem occurred. I will be contacting Best Buy for a return.

wish would run osx Big Sur and toner and imaging drum was cheaper but I still recommend its cause its got killer fax machine but you still have connect to phone line unless it has an app u can do fax over wifi

Overall an okay printer for the price but very loud. Had to remove software from startup.

Used 3-4 times since purchased. Power light is on but display remains dark and printer will not print. Bother customer service could not assist. I was informed to reach out to a service dealer. What a waste of $350.

Prints nice quality, but after hours and hours of trying to connect my MacBook and iPhone via WiFi and/or AirPrint I never had success and am unable to use that feature which was main reason to purchase this printer. I have yet to find a contact number for further help. I have tried all the fixes I could find online to help fix the issue. I also didn’t think it came with toner (as I am pretty sure it said sold separately) so had purchased that but it already had ink toner so wasted extra money on that. Not too impressed.

It works great, just what I needed and the ink does not dry out. The pages are very crisp compared to the printer I had.
