Easy to install and set up. Prints very quickly and in good quality. Apple air print and mobile device print is a bug plus.

I use a brother printer at work and had to buy ink for it, and realized it's been more than 3 years since I have been using it without replacing the ink. This led to me buying this and it was cheaper than Amazon. Love it so far. I can print from my phone or the home network, plus ink is pretty cheap.

Needed a home use printer for taxes,boarding passes and store coupons. Our previous ink jet printers would dry up and clog the printer carriage to the point where the devise would no longer print and would need to be replaced. Our Best Buy assistant led us to this Brother laser printer and we are glad he did . No more clogs drips or errors. No more ink jets for me!

This is the second Brother printer I have owned. The set up was simple and fast. Prints flawlessly and even from devices.

I downloaded the drivers by using my several years old USB. I had been using the USB with an older Dell inkjet Printer. It took a few minutes to run through the download. Because I prefer to print without connecting with a USB, I encountered a few obstacles while setting up this option. Perhaps, I should have set the printer up to print via Wi-Fi first. At the Brother's website I was able to find information on how to complete the set up. After inputting my Wi-Fi password at the printer, I was able to print without the USB. So far, every print job is printing with no issues. I even printed an envelope and made copies of a couple of documents without any issues. To print the envelope, I went to the Brother's website for instructions. This is a great printer! And I am glad that after reading the reviews on this website, that I bought it. No more inkjet printers for me.

I was really satisfied on how easy this printer is to set up on both USB and networking. Scanning is easy to work with, too. I set this on up on a Mac and a PC. The printing speed is decent. I'm able to print 20 pages in about 30 seconds.

This printer is fast, easy to use, efficient and when I need toner reasonable to purchase.

My wife saw and picked out this printer to replace an old Canon model we had for 3 years, and both her and I are amazed with its performance. The machine was child's play to install and connect, and the performance is all of what we expected from Brother.

I bought this printer/scanner for basic office use (as a back up to the more expensive one) and it has quickly become the mostly used one because it is very easy to set-up and highly user-friendly. I also love its multi-functionality. I have not run out of toner/ink but I hear that is usually the only problem with these types of printers.

Installed easily as WiFi printer. I installed it on one of the PC's, but then all my PC's can print to it. Very solid and the toner cartridges are very nicely priced. The duplex printing saves paper costs. Touch screen and easy to load paper - excellent printer. I find that having a B/W laser printer saves even more costs since many things don't have to be printed on the color printers and I also have a backup printer in case one breaks. Definitely recommend.

I have been using this printer for several years now. I find it minimalist and problem free. The toner lasts you several pages. Unlike cartridge printers, the you don’t need to spend a lot of money on ink. The only downside is that you don’t get color prints. Which is fine for most use cases.

Like so many others I seem to have horrible luck with printers. Some of the issues ultimately lie with me not doing everything in my power to make sure the printer interfaces properly but still.... This Brother printer was purchased to be used in a busy home office where I need to print 200+ leads every day. The wireless functionality is great and the speed at which it prints is equally impressive (35 sheets per minute I believe).
