never had laser printer before very easy set up prints very quick for simple jobs

Prints well and definitely want to download the app for scanning. App could be a little more user friendly in terms of scanning but I like the quality of the machine.

awesome laser printer, i use this more than I thought i would. Always printing from my phone, or other wireless devices, it is fast and rather quiet. Great copier, and prints both sides of paper. I would buy again if mine broke today.

It took more than 3 hours to get it set up, required lots of help from the helpline, extremely frustrating, but finally got the printer and my WiFi in sync. Printing, even two-sided, is efficient and effective. And scanning (via email; the other options make no sense) is excellent and in full color. No more dried out ink cartridges for me

This printer is reliable with nice sharp printing, none of the hassle with clogged jets you get with an ink printer. I find the scanner app easy to use. However, the wireless connection drives me nuts. I have to reconnect to the wireless network every time I want to airprint. None of my other devices have this issue. For this I docked a star.

It is an excellent option for its price - cheapest discounted price that I have seen is 99 dollars. quality is good. If you install the brother software on computer/phone, you directly scan and save to computer. You can also print directly from phone. can print on both sides automatically. Overall, extremely satisfied with the purchase.

We bought this model for our granddaughter and liked it so much we bought a second one for ourselves to replace an older but similar model. We like this model HL-L2395DW better because we can keep it from entering the deep sleep mode, unlike our prior model. This allows the printer to print via WIFI from laptops, iPads, or iPhones immediately even if it has not printed another job for hours or even days. Our prior model always went to deep sleep mode, which required us to select the WIFI network and re-enter the password before the job would print. A flatbed scanner is built-in, but as others have stated, it does not have a document feeder, which we do not need for our home.

Reasonable priced printer for home office. Fast delivery, ordered on line and arrived as promised. I love the wireless blue tooth ability to print from my phone. Replaced my ink jet printer with this laser jet. Easy to set up. I love it!

I love it because I can send documents from my phone to be print on this printer from the 1 st floor to the 3rd floor of my house. Amazing!!! This printer is easy detected/found by my other computers and phones. Must heave for home office. The only thing is that the cartridges are quite expensive for it.

I use three different brand printers in past ten years like HP, Samsung, and Epson. Compare with these brands, the Brother is the best. It is very easy to connect to my home wifi, easy set up and the print quality is very clear . I like this product because since I bought it for couple months, it never got lost from the my internet. The others always need to be re-connect to the internet if I did not use for a while.

I like this printer because it is very easy to use. I had a bit of trouble starting it up but my computer helped straighten it all out. It is pretty quiet when it prints. I like the option of printing on 2 sides.
