Easy setup, easy to use, great quality. The best printer I have had in the home.

We bought this model for our granddaughter and liked it so much we bought a second one for ourselves to replace an older but similar model. We like this model HL-L2395DW better because we can keep it from entering the deep sleep mode, unlike our prior model. This allows the printer to print via WIFI from laptops, iPads, or iPhones immediately even if it has not printed another job for hours or even days. Our prior model always went to deep sleep mode, which required us to select the WIFI network and re-enter the password before the job would print. A flatbed scanner is built-in, but as others have stated, it does not have a document feeder, which we do not need for our home.

I use three different brand printers in past ten years like HP, Samsung, and Epson. Compare with these brands, the Brother is the best. It is very easy to connect to my home wifi, easy set up and the print quality is very clear . I like this product because since I bought it for couple months, it never got lost from the my internet. The others always need to be re-connect to the internet if I did not use for a while.

This is a great printer. It was relatively easy to set-up and produces excellent quality prints.

Great printer for those who want to move on from costly ink jets and still want an all-in one and don’t need a fax. Easy set-up for our Mac with or without using the disc that comes with it. Up and running in minutes. It is a bit bulky but still relatively compact for a printer that holds 1/2 a ream of paper. Nice print quality and speedy. Happy so far with the purchase.

I purchased one of these to test before making a recommendation for work. We've since purchased these as replacements for our primary multi-functions and are pleased with their reliability. The only negative is the comparitively short (12k pages) drum life expectancy, but such is the nature of technology.

Folks, dish the crappy Inktjet. After nearly buying a new inkjet printer every other year, dealing with disappointing refills (OEM and 3rd party) we made the cut to black / white laser. OMG what a joy to print fast, quiet and without issue. We decided that the number of times that color is critical are extremely limited and so this would be an ok compromise. No regrets!

Amazing printer. Clear, Quick, and has a great app that allows you to print from your smartphone. I will never buy another brand, other than Brother.

This is a great printer for black and white. I bought more toner to replace the one that it comes with and have yet to install it. It has lasted me a lot of pages as I'm a teacher and have printed a lot of pages this summer. I'm guessing I'll have to replace it more often as the school year starts but i truly recommend this over inkjet printers as I have saved so much money with this one.

Prints fast. Quality printing. Very easy to set up with smart phone app and computers

We dont use a printer much. Because of this our ink jet cartridges would dry out before we could use all the ink. We tried a few different tricks but ended up with either a mess or still dried out cartridges. So we are trying a laser jet. The instructions were vague on how to install the cartridge. This is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. Other than that it has been a good investment. Easy to use. Only had it about 2 months so we will see how it does.

The B&W laser is quick and easy to use. Fast to respond to the print command.
