I use this to handle eBay orders. This printer works well for me since it’s not expensive and allows me to handle a good amount of orders.

This Printer is a good product for the money and it suits my "printing needs" quite well. Print quality is good. The only problem I experience is that the printer goes in ERROR if printer has not been in use for more than 2 days. It resumes operation after turning it ON/OFF and clearing the Print Que.

After returning another brand of laser printer because I could not get it to work, I wrote to your technical experts for advice on which laser printers were easy to set up. They suggested this Brother laser printer and they were right! I had this laser printer set up and working in less than an hour. I am not a tech person, but rather a 70 something grandma who felt a sense of accomplishment in getting this to work in a short period of time. I don’t print often and printing in black rather than colors works for me. I am happy that I do not have to buy the color ink cartridges that I needed with my old printer. I ordered this printer online and received it in 2 days which I call great service. Thank you Best Buy.

I wish I'd gotten a laser printer years ago instead of wasting so much money on ink jet cartridges that dry up when you don't use them. I bought this printer based on others' reviews and have not been disappointed. The only issue I had was setting connecting to my wireless network but that was because I wasn't doing it right. Once I did, presto!

Used this to replace an older HP that was a workhorse. Don't do much printing any longer- but do a lot of scanning of documents. I should've researched a bit deeper, as this model appears to only allow scanning of one document at a time. I have not found a way to load multiple documents to scan in one sitting. It's a minor inconvenience, as this is a very quiet all-in-one. Print and Scan quality is fantastic. The scan feature allows different DPI options. The higher the DPI, the longer the scan takes, but clarity is great!

Fast printer thats laser and wireless. I use it at work all day.

Purchased this for a small business and it has worked very well so far, around 500 prints in one month. Prints are quick and crisp. Used for printing invoice and shipping labels. Also used to scan to email. Ability to setup shortcuts on control panel is a convenient time saver. Each employee has their own shortcut to scan to their email.
