First I use this at home. For work and personal stuff. I would say medium use. The print function is great. Really like the laser printer over ink jet. It's only black and white print. If that's all you need. It's great at that. The scan works good but need to load one page at a time. The copying. It works and is good quality. But if you have a big copy job's, forget this printer. Only one page at a time can be copied. It's completely wireless. This is the best feature . It's wirelessly connected to my laptop. Phones, Chromebook and tablet. Easy setup. Great printer for the cost. Big drawback is no auto feed for copying. If you don't copy much . this is perfect

I read a lot of reviews, and there are very few laser printer average ratings over four stars. I consider myself rather picky when it comes to my electronics. I bought this printer because of the price, rather than the reviews. I bought it from Best Buy. I have had it about 30 days, and have run it through all of the functions listed. No qliches!! It deserves all 5 stars.

I got tired of printers breaking down and paper jams. This printer does have not all the fancy features and is black and white. However it can be relied on for printing,scanning, and copying without any headaches or breakdowns. I have had it for 22 months and it can be depended on to function without giving you headaches.

Needed a printer last minute for school. Settled on the Brothers from past experience with their performance and longevity. A quick search also showed their replacement cartridges were quite a bit less than other brands. It arrived one day earlier than scheduled. It's all ready to plug and go with simple set up instructions. I did have issues locating the printer on my computer, but I think the problem was with my PC not the printer. Thankfully I live with an IT guy and the problem was resolved quickly. Printer works great, decent quality, and is very quiet. The only I wish it could have afforded the model with color capabilities.

Love this printer and was recommended by a friend who has one as well. Very user friendly and reliable. Print is very clear. Not sure how long the ink cartridge will last as I have only printed about 500 copies to date and it is still going strong. With the original cartridge that came with the printer. Very pleased with my purchase! Highly recommend.

As of right now, this printer is a great decision. It’s only black and white which is totally fine for my needs. The duplex auto printing is what I love the most. The toner is a bit pricey but I haven’t really had it long enough to complain. This is my second Brother printer and the other one still works well. It’s just a one side printer but color. Great price at Best Buy.

This is the first home printer I have ever purchased. I found it easy to set up the printer. I just opened the box and installed the toner cartridge that came with the machine, plugged it in and was ready to make copies. I waited to set up the wireless printer. This took hours to download. I made my first copy using the wireless and it worked. I am very pleased!
