Great printer for the price. Easy to setup for my college girl.

I don’t have a computer but I can print so easily from my iphone and ipad. it was a little difficult to get it set up because the instructions weren’t included in the box, but once I found them online it turns out it’s just downloading an app. this is my favorite printer I’ve ever had.

I bought this Brother's model because I gave my wife a nice, new Apple Mac Pro for her birthday and discovered my trusty HL5370-DW would not print anything from the kingdom of Apples. And, like that model, that has chugged along, creating literally tens of thousands of perfectly printed copies (cards, notes, letters, envelopes) over years and years, this one works perfectly. PLUS, I now can replace my old HP 3-in-1 (that was only used for scanning) and an old Xerox (that was only used for photocopying), with a model that will not only do what the 3 machines did, but does it faster, with memory for the printing, a nifty little screen to tell it what you want to do, and all for the same footprint. My only (slight) complaint is a little "crack-buzz" as it comes to life and warms up - which it does quite quickly. I have yet to try the scanner function - I use my phone for so much of that these days. But, when I do, I'll try checking back in and keep you updated. One thing I wish it had: the 5370 took a very high-capacity toner cartridge that easily printed over 8,000 copies. I could not find such a high-capacity cartridge for the L2395. Still my wife has retired from teaching (that generated vast numbers of papers) and I am also doing far less correspondence. Plus, now I can print directly from my iPhone and my wife's iPad, as well as the new Samsung (Windows11) machine I just got from BestBuy. So, this is an all-around winner in our household. I waited a bit before reviewing to be sure that the machine would perform well. Have printed cards, envelopes, photos (b&w proofs), copied, 1-sided, 2-sided, card stock, and thin stock. I've used every phone and other device that prints and it talks to them all and does a great job. Would recommend to any friend who wants a good, b&w printer that will NOT cost a lot to operate for years to come.

I print drawings with small lettering and it prints to where i can read the lettering. Holds enough paper in the tray. The only thing is, it feels cheap. The tray, lid everything feels as if it will break in your hands. If you are looking for an inexpensive laser printer, this is it. I have only printed so i do not know about the other options. I could not down load the drives to my laptop because it was 435 meg. Probable my end with the data lines

The printer took some time to install but has been working well. It did lose my network several times when I first installed the product. It also goes into sleep mode after a period of being idle but I have learned to just reboot. The printing quality is excellent.

Printing, scanning and copying is a breeze. Very easy to use.

This printer is snappy, and does everything I need it to do! I use it all the time for printing contracts, and scanning in signed contracts (I do a lot of freelance work so I am required to have these documents). If you are looking for a good black and white printer that has scanning, and copying abilities I would highly recommend this one!

I love Brother laser printers and this one is better than the previous ones I have had. It scans, copies, and prints. Easy to set up. Number of pages is one reason that I continue to purchase Brother laser printers. Quality of print is another reason I purchase Brother. I would highly recommend this printer to anyone!

The printer I purchased is the HL L2717DW Not the 2395DW! I am very happy with my printer! It is super fast especially when compared to the hp ink jet printer I had in the past!! Printed pages are great quality! Love it! I’d recommend it for anyone who only needs black and white prints!

Great printer for a great price. I bought the unit when it was on sale. Overall cost of ownership is significantly less than the cheaper ink jet printers. The laser jet ink cartridge is much cheaper and last longer than the ink jet. This printer is excellent! Clean, crisp, fast printing that does not smudge!
