Very happy with this printer. I used it often for duplex printing, and it has never jammed or failed. The wireless internet connection has worked without any issues. Also I used different paper weights: 20, 24 and 28 lb with no problem

This model Brother printer fits my home office needs for a fast black & white laser printer perfectly and the Best Buy sale price made it a terrific value. I have been very pleased with the quality of the printed material thus far and operating the printer via my USB hub is very convenient.

Bought this so I could upgrade from 2380 model, which I gave to my Mom. 2395 sets up in a flash using WAN. Prints fast and good quality. Haven’t used with IPrint&Scan app yet hoping increased processor speed will help. Really like unit out of the box.

Ever since I retired, I've wanted a Laser Printer like I had at work. They were just too expensive back then. I looked them up again and was thrilled to find this one at a decent price and it is as fast and wonderful as the one at work, probably better. Easy to install and I'm very happy with my purchase.

This a great 3-in-1 printer at a very good price. Printing, scanning, and copying functions all work as expected. Set up was easy, including wifi set up. AirPrint from my iPad is a breeze, as well as printing from my desktop and laptop. I'm very satisfied with this purchase. Would buy again.

This printer is pretty nice! It prints very well, and it has suited my needs pretty well. Wireless printing is a breeze to set up, and it even includes a driver CD for older/disconnected devices to use. Scanning multiple documents with it can be a bit of a pain, as it only has a flatbed scanner, and sending documents over Wifi can be quite slow compared to an enterprise machine. Overall, I enjoy it. :)

Great printer by Brother. It does everything you need except color. It can scan, print, and fax. You can use AirPrint if you have an apple product, and is super fast. We bought this for home use, but I have used this line of printers in a retail setting for years. Highly recommend.

Easy setup, clear prints. Will crunch a thicker envelope.. but paper path is precise.

I love the fast printing and wonderful quality. The only drawback I noticed is the printer driver installation instructions are a little confusing. The installation added three programs to Windows, with no explanation for their use. Two of the three are obvious but the third one I have no idea what its for.

When everything gets working, the printing, scanning and copying is fine. Printer can be found from devices pretty easily. While I can usually get everything I want done, there is almost always a glitch somewhere in the process. The queue will stall or error, or the scanning won’t work the first time. As mentioned, it always works, but it’s not always straightforward and quick.

Purchased this compact printer to replace my all in one laser printer that was really big and took up a lot of space. Since I rarely print anymore, this fit the bill perfectly. Fairly cheap on a deal and has most of the functions I need for my limited printing needs.

I bought this printer because my inkjet printer heads won’t clean well enough to print shipping labels. Bought this & set up in 5 minutes & have had no problems. I realized that the majority of my printing was black & white.
