I print mostly text and music manuscripts. Having been through several ink jet printers, I was pleased to find a laser printer in the same price range. Faster printing with no smudging or waiting for ink to dry.

Got this printer for $105, have to watch for sales, prices change daily! Easy set-up, only complaint is touchscreen keyboard is so small it's hard to type in correct letters and numbers. Quick response and faster than my old HP.

Just printed for first time. Marvelous! The fact that I am printing a cookbook is why I bought this printer. The color printer I have had for years just wasn't cutting it--ink expensive and often needed refills, wouldn't print B&W without all inks being full, and just a pain overall. This new machine is a lot easier and cheaper to operate.

So far, this Brother printer has been a dependable little work horse. It prints clearly and reasonably quickly.

This printer replaces a Brother HL-L2380DW, which after 6 years of use as our primary family printer with absolutely no issues, was given to our daughter and her three college roommates to use as their network printer, where it is also performing flawlessly. This new 2395 that replaced it installed with no issues both as a network printer (both Windows and Apple PC's in the household) and with everyone's cell phones (Apple and Android), and has been working for us about two weeks, also with no issues. The print quality is a bit better, so is the scan quality, and overall operation seems to be crisper with less delay. Build quality seems to the same, with slightly better interface. Basically it's the same but a little better in all respects compared with the 2380. And that's what we wanted. If you want good quality b&w printing and occasional scan/copy functions, don't need color, and don't want to have to think about a printer which may get used a lot, or not at all for a couple of months, this is the answer. Try doing that with an inkjet. We went with BestBuy because they had the low price (the only reasonable price) by a wide margin - I gather pre-covid we could have waited and shopped to find this for less than $100, but that wasn't the case now. Delivery to our local store took just over a week, but that was acceptable. This is the third time in the past year that BestBuy had something for the lowest price, and two of those times with particular options no one else had in stock.

For the price its hard to beat. If your looking for a good black and white printer this is it. The scanner does a great job for copping pictures or documents. Brother products are real reliable, I own a few other models also.

It’s better than any color printer in terms of ink savings,economic printing and xeroxing. I was fed up off ink outage frequently in color printers but this printer helped me a lot to save ink and do a lots of photocopies for official work. If you want something to print and photocopy. This is the right choice. Simple , easy and economical.

Best printer ever used. Highly recommend this one.

Rather than deal with any wireless issues I hardwired it. Downloaded the software in 15 min from the included cd. Checked for updates, Was unpacked and printing in less than 45 min. Paid $99 for it. Very happy.

I was unsure of which printer to get to replace my old one and I decided on this one. I’m glad I did because the stuff I print (in black and white) comes out nice and clear unlike my older printer.

After many years with a color inkjet Canon printer, I switched over to a B&W laser machine. Easy set up, quick, clean prints, many other features. Waiting to see how long the toner cartridge lasts. Great price at Best Buy.

I've pretty given up on ink jet printers, as I don't print a lot of things, and each time I'd what to print something, the ink was dried out/clogged. This isn't color, but fits my needs, and it's fast!

basic laser printer works 1000xs better than your basic ink cartridge printer no need to keep printing and changing ink this wifi printer is 2nd to none it is just a good quality laser printer

I absolutely like this printer. Very easy to install and toner very affordable and long lasting. Prints with ease. Challenging at first to get going because had two WiFi channels through house and must be on same signal on devices to get it to print. But after knowing that .... very simple to use. Highly recommend Brother quality.

Brother makes the greatest laser printers. I now have two but this is the first all- in one . It is a real work horse. Unlike my previous inkjets this really helps me print,copy,and scan quickly which makes my time more efficient

My first Brother Printer and I am very pleased. Hook up was extra fast! Working perfectly with PC and Apple products. Love the wireless feature and it is quiet also. Have only used it to scan once and it did a great job.

Prints in black AND white. On paper. Quality is very good. Still working after a few years. Much better than ink jet. Easy setup and connect to home network.
