The wife and I are happy with our purchase. Our last Brother printer model MFC 8860DN non wireless, purchased back in 2008 lasted 13 years before it broke down. just installed it today and the printer is up and running. Takes 10- 15 minutes to set it up. This model has fast printing. Great quality prints. Simple set-up of the printer and was asked to upgrade the firmware through the lcd screen. Print, copy and scan printer works just as advertised. Best Buy, thank you for your service and fast shipping. On Track delivered the product 1 day before delivery date. High five!
