This printer is great !!! Very easy to set up the wi-fi connection, easy to put together.

We have had this printer less than a week, but so far I am very pleased with it. It was easy to set up. It seems very well designed, and it has the copy/scan function we need. I connected it to our network with a LAN cable to the router, so I didn't need to fiddle with a wireless connection. We have used inkjet printers for many years, and now I am looking forward to simply printing without the interruptions related to ink cartridges (auto cleaning cycles, individual cartridges not responding, and refilling). Just print!

This is the 4th Brother printer we have purchased...two as a gifts and one for each of our locations... If your tired of spending a fortune on ink refills try this one...lasts and lasts for our "in home use"... Black and white is fine for our needs... Install was quick and easy.,,

The printer has been working great. But set up was a bear. It was not impossible but it took about 30 minutes, maybe a little more. Nothing in particular, just took awhile to find things, etc. I am more of a plug & play person, and this was not that easy. Having said that, I would still recommend this printer, just be aware you will need to set aside a little time for set up.

It's was my first Brother Black-and-White All-In-One Laser Printer. I bought another one after we moved across the country. Like in case of the second one, everything worked great. I recommend this product. I will stick to Brothers, as for the printers.

Got this for my Luddite family. Set up was easy peasy lemon squeezy! Even getting the app on an android phone was simple! Works wonderfully for our copying needs and occasional print from smart phones. No more driving to Office store, we can do it ourselves, screen a little small but we figured it out and can use what we need easily. I'm looking to get a 2nd one for my home too. The price was nice in 2019 waiting for a sale in 2021 but $169.99 isn't bad for what it can do and how simple it is from start to finish. So glad we found you Brother!

Brother printers are just the best. Super simple set up and work with my mac seamlessly. If you don't need color printing this is just a fantastic printer.

I found I was seldom printing color and also printed very few pages anymore but still needed a printer occasionally. My inkjet printers would get dried out print heads and would not print anymore, so this printer solved those issues. Love the wireless function !

This printer was a great price! No problems setting up the wireless printing either!

This is the best printer I have ever owned. Will never go back to ink cartridges. Dry out way too fast. This is quiet and prints and copies so fast.

This is my 1st laser printer, replacing an inkjet printer. I've been using it for 5 weeks now and am thrilled with it's performance. I bought a USB cord to connect it to my desktop computer rather than use it wireless. It would have been nice for that to have been included with the printer. I also wish it had a written booklet with it as a quick guide for use. It's a little on the expensive side, but I'm pleased with Brother.

Bought this printer last year and loving it so far. No complaints at all. I use this printer for my home office and AirPrint work smooth like a charm! I just changed toner once so day and take lot of prints. My kids love it too. They use it a lot for coloring and art work.

Bother is the best home printer/all-in-one that you can buy. So reliable and simple to set up.

Bought this as a replacement for a color ink-jet printer that stopped printing black. I don't do a lot of printing and the need for color can be handled by my wife's color ink-jet. Did research on B&W laser printers and for my needs, the Brother 2395 fit the bill. Printer comes well packaged with a CD for driver, quick-start guide, and other documentation. It was easy to set up. I was able to start printing shortly after setup. The only glitch in initial printing was a black line down the margin of a page. I solved this by moving the plastic piece on the drum unit sideways a couple of times. The black line disappeared and as this is written, hasn't returned. Other than that, it has proven reliable and fun to use.

I haven't had any issues with this printer at all...none that persisted anyway, which is more than I can say for the Epson printer I had previously. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because it had issues printing while connected wirelessly at first but it seems to have worked itself out. Like I said...no persistent issues. So far it performs well and works as advertised.

I love Brother printers. They are probably the number one printer out of all the different brands I have bought through the years. I have 5 offices and have bought multiple printers through the years and I keep coming back to Brother. Don't know why I tried others.
