Every thing went well from ordering to operating. I haven't had the printer long but expect it to be a great printer. I purchased it for the following reasons; will not clog during storage, light weight, rating.

Easy to use and good quality prints. Saves me money on ink with my bulks of print for documents and files.

Received this printer and got it set up. Had a problem but it finally got connected. Am happy with it.

A bit tough navigating a times it will disconnect from the wifi and I have to restart it to print something. I enjoy the app it allows access to my email and phone documents to print. Havent quitw figured out how to print legal size yet even thought it claims to be able to(its the whole reason i bought it for my notary work). Tray doesnt fit the legal size paper unless I misread and need to purchase an extension. I have had it for 2 years now.

Great product, I love it, easy install. If you only print in black and white this is the printer for you.

Easy to connect to via Bluetooth. Never had issues printing documents via iPhone + this printer.

Rated very high in consumer report website for printers and great for reliability. I didn't want to go with ink jet clogging issues and paper jam issues...and not as reliable...Wanted something for home use and black and white printing is fine with me so can make copies and print articles, coupons...from my chromebox which is like a desktop chromebook.

Working perfectly fine. It's user friendly. As compared to other printers it has low price and excellent features.

If all you need is a printer that only does black, this is the one. I don't print pictures and when you print most other things I see no need for color. Save money on ink. I think I made a great choice.

I bought this printer because my previous printer had ink cartridges that dried up because I didn't use it daily. That can't happen with a laser printer. I've had it over two years and am very satisfied.

I have had the printer for a couple of months now and cant complain. The original one i purchased had to be replaced because of malfunction. Had no problem with Brother while going through the replacement.

Very good printer. I owned a color printer of different brand earlier. The cost of the ink drove me to the Black and White but laser printer for the quarantine period. Printing is fast and two sided. So save a ton of paper and no hassle with flipping papers to print on both sides. Also more importantly, no test prints (forced by many other brands), so no waste of paper there as well. Overall very satisfied with this printer. Highly recommended.
