I switched from an inkjet printer to this laser. I didn't need color and having to replace the individual colors when they ran out was annoying. After a lot of researching, I decided on the 2395dw due to the positive reviews and it's overall size was a little more compact than the other manufacturers. I don't print a lot so I expect the toner cartridge to last well over a year.

Easy to use and has many great features. The size fits great in my small space.

I have had many ink-jet printers over the years but the cartridges always seen to dry out and/or clog This fully functional printer came with a great price and cartridges are reasonably priced

The first one I bought had something wrong with it and it would stop recognizing that there was a toner cartridge inserted, Best Buy replaced it for me and this one has been working wonderfully.

I purchased this printer because I was looking for a highly recommended yet affordable laser printer. I usually purchase HP printers, but since this was my first laser printer, I went with Brother because they seemed to be the highest rated. But I wish I stuck with HP. Since day one, I could not get this "wireless" printer to print wirelessly. It won't print from my laptop unless I have the cord attached. It won't print from any smartphone at all. I've tried everything- all the trouble shooting, different apps, nothing works. Highly disappointed as printing wirelessly was my main reason for purchasing. The speed and quality of the prints is excellent though , that's why I gave 3 stars. But I think I'll be sticking with HP from now on; I have never been dissatisfied with any of their products.

It was easy to setup. It makes perfect copies and prints. B&W is all we need.

My only complaint about this printer (& late model Brother black & white printers, in general) is it is only available in black. Not a good color choice for dry, desert areas.

This is my 2nd Brother MFC Laser printer. My 1st one was a MFC8660DN (Fax, Scanner, Printer) and lasted over 10 years. It survived all my prints, but couldnt survive a lightning strike. As I didnt need a fax machine anymore, I got this one which is a bit more compact. This one is pretty fast and has great quality prints.

Everything I had hoped for. Docked a point as when I installed a new router it seemed to create multiple instances of the printer on the computer. Needed to remove and reinstall the printer on every computer. Worked though once I figured out the issue.

I have been using this Brother printer for over a year on an ongoing basis and so far I have no problem with it. It was very easy to set up and start using. It's a fast printer and not very noisy, print outs are clear and sharp. I use the scanner very often and it works fine too. I bought it at a discount, so it was a great value for the price and a perfect choice for my home office!

Needed to replace my Samsung printer because they no longer support Mac software. Reliably prints from my MacBook Pro and my iPhone from anywhere.

We finally gave up feeding the ever ink hungry color ink jet printer that we had and decided to try a laser printer instead. This model by Brother was fairly basic, but we are minimal users so it should meet our needs. We've only used it a short time, but really like the ease of set up and use. Simple is good! Most of all we're looking forward to not buying ink every time we turn around.

Great answer for our situation of ink drying out for the printer sitting to long. It was suggested that a printer with a toner cartridge will serve us better. So far so good. Thank you

This is a great copier for using in the home. The toner cartridge can make a lot of copies. It also has a large paper tray. If you make a lot of black and white copies this one is for you.

Bought a laser as I was tired of inkjet ink going dry or not printing because one color was gone. B&W is fine for my printing. Happy with my choice. Good printer for the money,

No frills, but still a very strong option for a lazer printer with wireless capabilities.
