Easy to use, very user friendly! Love being able to print stuff quickly from my phone or other devices!

I had 2 separate macines sitting in my office and this all in one does it all.

Works fine on our network . I’m 80 and I was able to put it together so it does what it was intended to do, wouldn’t have won any races but it works.

This is a great product; everything seems easy to use except for the wireless part. Following the instructions doesn't help. Everything else works well.

Bought this printer upon recommendation from Best Buy Associate and very happy with purchase. Easily installed and upgraded for most recent software. Recommend it.

I can print from all of my devices from anywhere in the house. Quality scans that upload to any cloud drive allows for quick email attachments.

I took it home, tried to print photos... but they ALL had banding lines (both dark and light) across the background of them. I called the Brother help/support number, but they weren't any help. So I tried to return it back to Best Buy. Best Buy wouldn't help me, only exchange it with another printer. But the exchange Brother printer also had the banding issue. Otherwise the scanner is actually a lot better than my last scanner (Visioneer), in color, but prints in black (w/ banding). I had to go into Control Panel to 'Remove Device' to install the exchange computer's software.

Love this printer. Had a previous Brother printer I loved but after several years of service it needed a new drum. That was more expensive than a new printer. Tried a 2370 but it kept going to sleep and did not turn on automatically when sending something to the print cue. Took this back and bout the 2395. Worked perfectly. I highly recommend.

I swore I’d never have another printer in my home. I relented. After much research I chose the Brother laser. I regret not doing it sooner! Remote mobile printing is awesome!!

We dont use a printer often and got tired of dried up ink cartridges so we decided to give a laser printer a shot. Very happy so far other that the initial start up of the printer will trip the UPS. We took the printer off of the UPS and that seems to work OK.

Very easy to set up on PC and on Android phone. Prints perfectly. Curbside pickup was very organized and well-executed.

I'm not a tech-savvy person, but I was eventually able to hook this up to my wi-fi network. It works! I'm satisfied with the quality of the printing, and glad I won't have to deal with the ink-jet issues that come along with infrequent printing. I just wish the instructions would have specified the lower corner of the screen on "the printer" rather than "the machine"-wasn't sure if they meant the printer or my computer.

My daughter recommended this printer because hers has offered just what she needs. Since this printer is only prints black, I will save a lot on cartridges.

Great printer/scanner....Wireless set up was fast and easy...Scans quickly. Great product. I'm a fan of the brother printers.

This is an excellent printer for those that do occasional work form your home office, the ink will not dry out, which was a problem I was having with my ink jet printers.
