Great printer.. Second one. first one did not survive drop during move

Based on my positive experience with a previous Brother laser printer I wanted to stick with this brand. So far it's been great. I was having trouble with the mac scanning app until I disabled IPv6 on the printer. I think it's a mac issue. My Windows laptop works either way. I've only tried the scanner up to 600dpi which is really nice. I may never need the 1200dpi. Toner cartridges are priced reasonably. Works with Chromebook too. And iPhones. All wifi.

Looking for a B&W printer that I didn’t have to replace ink every time I used it and was turned on to this one by my BB salesperson. This was a wise decision.

Sweet printer and scanner. Duplex printing works great. Printer is fast in scanning and printing. Quick startup. Easy wireless set up altho I did have to use an USB cord so keep one handy for setup just in case. Software takes you thru all the steps. Just read the screen. You'll be set up in minutes.

Printer itself is really great, however the scanner is not, it is too slow and takes ages to scan my docs. If you have a single page or a couple of pages, then you are good, if you are planning to scan a book or multiple pages, it’s not for you. Of course you cannot compare with the commercial scanners, but I can scan docs more faster on my mobile than this scanner. Printing quality and speed I don’t have any complaints. Overall it’s good to have at home for emergency use.

Good quality with affordable price and ease of use

Its the latest in line of affordable printers. Factory cartridge prints 700 pages! Has cloud support for google, onedrive etc. Works with android and apple.

It was very easy to set up. I like the quality of print.

Fantastic Printer and works great with both page printing and wireless connection. Only problem I faced was after printing 300 pages, the toner ran out... this was not expected as it is black toner and expected to last a very long time. I just bought the printer in April and already ran out of the toner. HR brothers, are you able to ship me another Toner for my Brother - HL-L2395DW printer? (Wireless Black-and-White All-In-One Laser Printer - Gray)

I bought this computer because the color inkjet computer I was using was becoming too costly to maintain. The salesman showed me a laser printer (black and white) that would meet my personal needs, yet save me money on ink.

Bought this printer as a replacement for my son in college. For him, it's so far the PERFECT choice. On top of making great copies, the ability to scan and send directly to his Mac laptop has been amazing. It's far better than the complex process of getting his old HP printer to scan to a folder on a computer. Would highly recommend!

This is the 3rd brother printer I have had. Great printer and good manufacturer support when needed. Low maintenance, reliable easy cartridge replacement.

I use the printer for printing text only, and have not yet used the copy or scan functions. Giving it a 5 out of 5 as WiFi set up was simple, the printer is compact and prints quickly. Quality is as expected. For the price, I think this is a great deal.

Cost efficient black and white- easy to use - easy setup

Any machine that comes without any literature at all, even in this age of technology, is a loser. I was advised to "play around with it" and I would eventually learn what to do. The on-line manual is about 700 pages - I was advised to print it! This should have come at least with a Quick Start Guide.

Easy set up and it works great. No issues at all with installing.

I had a previous printer that consistently needed new cartridges for ink. This one does not, ink lasts a long time only black and white but that’s all I need.
