Fabulous product

Laser printing is the ONLY WAY TO GO. clearest pages ever. This thing was easy to set up and connect to laptops, tablets and cellphones. 2 big thumbs up

Awesome Printer

The touchscreen display is easy to read and operate. WiFi icon shows that you are connected. I am very happy with this purchase and highly recommend.

Networking nightmare

Support documentation needs to be updated by a couple of decades. Set to DHCP and it won't get an IP address, set static and it still won't work. Last resort WPS still says connected, no valid IP, doesn't show up in clients list on the router. I have a degree in Network Engineering, I don't need to be told to restart my computer. A bit ridiculous how simultaneously convoluted and non-verbose this printer is for setting up on a network. It seems like this might be a problem with routers made in the past decade that combine 2.4ghz and 5ghz. If I buy the printer in 2020 I expect it to be able to work with routers made in the past decade. Big waste of money and time, next time I'll go to my local UPS that charges $2 a page and get hammed from them over Brother.

Brother laser printer

I am very satisfied after a couple of weeks as a user.... and no more ink cartridges!

Our previous HL-L2395 wouldn't turn on when it was less than 2 years old. Disappointing, but fortunately, we had purchased the extended warranty from Best Buy.
