    Wanted a laser to print off line without a modem. When I downloaded and read the printer's documentation I discovered it didn't even include a cable and required a not readily available USB A to USB B male to male, I carted it back and Best gave me a full refund. Other than that, on paper it looks like it would have been a good printer and it was on sale for $70 below its usual price.
