However had some issues with replacing the toner. Need to override the errors. Had to YouTube and research for the solution but it worked. Also the toner that came with the printer ran out quick.

It constantly goes "offline" and mostly won't print at all, sometimes prints 10-15 minutes after it's in the queue, and infrequently prints quickly. We've disconnected and reconnected it multiple times. We've spent hours getting telephone help service. It keeps reverting back to "offline". This is a terrible experience. I give it two rather than one star in the hope someone will be able to tell us how to make it work with consistency.
