Great printer easy set up would recommend to anyone looking for a bsic wifi printer.

First thing first, the online chat service quality is bad. waited long time to join the queue then got disconnected two times and never able to join the long queue again for 10 mins which just make you simply give up. 1: The printer I got cannot print the full content of A4 sized pdf file. It will missing 1cm of content on edge of an A4 paper. 2: the scan function cannot capture the full content of a A4 paper you put in. I will miss a few columns of content as well. Tried to reset the printer and not helpful. The printer I got is just and defective product and now very hard to get in touch with the support team. Will never use best buy again. You may wonder why I want to reach them after such a long time after I purchase this product. Because initially I can live with the printing issue as long as I use a big margin of the pdf or word file I want to print. So it will able to print all the content in the page. However, today I need to use the scan function for some important documents, it turns out the scanner cannot capture the full content of a A4 paper. For me this is not acceptable. Unfortunately, I missed the return period of this production then I am trying to reach their tech support. The reality is you will never able to reach a human support through the phone number and the live chat just keep cut me off the connection. Very well done.

I love this printer. So much better than the wireless one I bought before. I would recommend this to anyone.

Super easy set up and the item works as promised. Nothing fancy but it does the job for the home office.

This printer is very easy to use. The included software helps keep track of how the toner is being used. The enlarge function and decrease function of the copy function of the printer is really useful for enlarging recipes, and the scan function is great, allowing you to send the scan to different email addresses and upload to Google Drive or other online services. I only wish there was a way to see how big the enlargement would be, it's easy to make it not large enough or too large and then toner is wasted printing something that's not the right size. The manual feed is also useful for printing note cards and envelopes.

Excellent copies, clear & crisp! Would definitely recommend to people. The ink cartridge also lasts very long.

I love this printer, For a small home office printer. It does the job, This printer will not fail you for you normal office needs for black and white prints. Scanner works great and the Toner will last you a long time. Brother Software is janky but it does work. highly recommend this printer especially if you can get it on sale.

Great all-in-one printer for the value. Quick and easy set-up and have not had any issues with it yet.

Great little printer. Took about an hour to get set up but works well with my Dell and my wife's Mac.

When the printer decides to connect it works well. But it disconnects from the internet and has to be reconnected quite often. This is inconvenient and frustrating to say the least.

This Brother Laser printer replaced my 22-year-old Brother Laser printer. I have tried printing, copying, and scanning. My only comment is that the copy brightness or contrast looked a little dark for my first (and only so far) copy. I might want to adjust it so it is lighter when in copy mode but other than that everything is great! I am a big fan of Brother printers!!!!!

Easy to set up and works great! So far so good! Hoping to save money not buying ink cartridges every month.
