I had scrupulously followed the instructions to no avail. The technician took over my computer and still could not get it to connect wirelessly. We ultimately got it to work using multiple Ethernet cables. Three days later it again refused to connect. The second technician eventually had to re-download the software. It does do a decent job once connected.

The Brothers Appb was not helpful. Ultimately I was able to configure the printer to send scanned documents to my Gmail address as either a jpg or PDF file. When I have time I may see if there is a way to scan directly to my documents folder on my Chromebook. Otherwise the printer bappears to be functioning as advertised.

Brothers HL-L2395DW
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nice solid printer but a bit noisy due to the duplex feature. No auto feed on the duplex printing. Scanning utilities are somewhat less than a true photo scanner but for run of the mill office jobs works fine. Will print up to 1200 DPI and scan at higher resolutions. Does an excellent job at scanning at high resolutions. Permits preview and selection of area to be scanned before scanning with included utilities program. I find this more suited for office work and not as a stand alone photo scanning & printing. Utilities also has OCR program, but I haven't evaluated it.
