Picks up your wi-fi automatically. Reliable for the ink. I’ve only printed maybe 100 pages total. Very good value. And I don’t fell like I’m going to be spending 5 times the cost of the printer to buy ink. Bye bye color inkjet printers! Highly recommend

The first one was terrific until I upgraded my Apple OS to Big Sur. At that point my wi-fi no longer worked with my printer, and I had to switch to a USB connection. That solution was not sustainable. I decided to bite the bullet and buy a new printer. I did my research at your site and others and was assured that the Brother printer I chose was compatible with Apple's Big Sur. I asked the folks at my Best Buy in Manchester, MO and they, too, assured me it would work with wi-fi and my OS. It didn't. Everything else about the printer was great, but not if I needed to print with my home wi-fi. Online, I learned that this is a common problem -- lots of complaints and requests for assistance -- and after hours of reading help sites and talking to help-line folks both at Apple and at Brother, they were all wonderfully patient, talking me through fix after fix -- to no avail), I returned to the Brother Support site and read that I should try a Print&Scan download. NO LUCK. This time, though, I found the small print that told me this printer WILL BE compatible with Big Sur at some unspecified time in the future. But not now. Back to USB. I'm not going to return the printer -- too many hours have gone into it and my previous Brother was old. BUT I expect that this printer will be usable with my Wi-Fi soon. I was misled both on your website and at your store. Shame on you for the false assurances.
