I like how much more printing you get from these toner cartridges as well as the ability to hold much more blank paper. The scanner on this Brother printer is also much better than the one on my old inkjet. Well worth the money!

Disappointing aspects: The small feeder on "copy" does not actually copy, though it does feed the paper through. It also does not scan (all scanning must be done on the manually managed flat bed on the top of the unit). Should have shopped more and paid a bit more for a more full-functioned unit; live and learn.

I really had no need for color printing. With my previous inkjet, I constantly needed to replace the cartridges even though I wasn't using the color feature. This product can print on both sides plus I'm looking forward to not having to replace toner cartridges as frequently.

Excellent thru wifi and Apple print. So good and easy I got a similar model for my 90-year old parents. Works well! MUCH better than inkjet, which will bleed you dry on ink and requires cleaning if you don’t print often.
