Are they lose the Wi-Fi. The help center is worthless. They keep saying it’s my router, everything in my house works, but this printer. I went and bought an HP printer, only $70 works fine no problems with the Wi-Fi

Saves on ink and hot hard to use. Service people are outstanding and know what they are doing.

She loved it and had no problems connecting it to her WIFI network. She even printed a two sided document. I ordered this printer from Best Buy because because Staples and Office Max were out of them. They couldn’t even give me a preorder date.

There's got to be a simpler way to set it up! But other than that, the printer works like a charm. In particular, I am quite happy with the speed it scans documents to PCs via wifi By comparison, my old Samsung printer takes a long time to do that! The scan quality is also better than the Samsung one.
