Compact design. Fits well on my small desk. I like the remote printing via WiFi and Scan to PDF is a cool feature.

Everything I was expecting and more. Just plugged it in, set the WiFi info and everyone could print. Mac, Windows, iPhone, iPad, everything just worked.

Been almost a year now and still on the first cartridge of ink! I’m a moderate user and it has done everything I’ve needed it to do.

Excellent printer if you don't need color - and I don't. I'm still using the original included toner.

Printer has worked nicely. Have had to reload it into my computers a couple times to maintain the connection. Unsure where the fault lies.

Printer serves all my purpose of scanning, copying and printing. The printer is just as good as more expensive ones that I had in the past.

This is my second brother printer they last for a very long time. Yes I would get a third if they are still around when I need one.

Needed to replace an older Brother laser and wanted updated networking function, scanning. The HL-2395DW is reasonably priced for the feature set. Setup was straight forward and easy. Printing is fast. Scanning works perfectly.

Perfect solution to printing, so happy with my wireless brother. Glad to be done with toner is low messaging.

My go to brand for printers. One of the few that just works and doesn't latch you into some online BS.

So convenient, everything you need in a home printer. I wish they had a child lock option for the controls. My baby loves taking 999 photocopies :)

Very happy with the printer. Brother has the best printer for the money. The toner is a little bit too expensive however it does a good job.

Working with Best Buy was seamless. Easy to order and they sent it right to my door. It was delivered on the date promised. Much bigger than I anticipated. No problem at this time but I've only had it for about 2 weeks.

Very much satisfied with the purchase. However the initial toner didn’t last much. I have printed around 600 pages and had to order another toner.

Easy to setup printer and scanner. Downloaded and installed software and everything works.

Sound construction. Complicated to use. Very slow first copy. Directions from Brother are generally incomplete and confusing. Difficult to set up. But nevertheless, better than other brands I have tried.
