Always love Brother printers. Consistent and reliable. I sometimes have problems with attempting to print certain PDFs. It will say it’s receiving data, but then the screen goes black and it says it has a connection error. I print anything else—completely fine. I can work around it for the most part, but I haven’t read about a good solution to this. I’m using a MacBook Air 15” M4. Colors are a bit dark/muted. But only really noticeable when compared to prints from other color laser printers. Printing is fast and wireless connection is convenient and works well. Set up was a breeze. Subscription service is great. Had an HP and Canon color laser printers previously. This little guy is hands down better.

I did a lot of research before landing on this printer model and I’ve been very happy with it. It prints quickly and the quality is excellent. It’s no louder than any similar model. The toner replacement cartridges are the same price as any similar and easy to change. I previously had an HP and while it printed well, after about two years, it would not connect to my Wi-Fi network. I haven’t had any issues with this one.

I've been running this printer all year. I went with a laser printer because I was sick of paying for ink cartridges and getting poor performance. This thing is ridiculous. I use it multiple times per week and still haven't even come close to running out of toner. It's fast and the quality is amazing. Do yourself a favor and leave inkjets behind. Laser is the way. Highly recommend.

I'm biased because I've been a Brother fan for decades, since Brazil. I bought an MFC-J985DW 7 years ago, and it still works like new, wonderful. But I needed one with laser printing. They recommended EPSON to me, I bought it and returned it within 1 week, it doesn't deliver what it promises and it's full of "Don't touch me". I got the Brother, paid less and the quality... oh my God, AMAZING! I learned my lesson, in my office and in my house, only BROTHER is allowed!

Easy setup and the output is I think great quality for the price and quite fast as well. The purchase was also handled in a quick and professional way.

This Brother laser printer is the first home laser printer we’ve owned and it is terrific. Easy to set-up and connect. Super fast. Great print quality. The app is user friendly and pairs well with multiple devices.

This is a great printer overall. It is quick and the printouts are clear with excellent color. So far there is only one issue that keeps me from giving it 5 stars. I do a lot of printing on card stock - business cards, greeting cards, etc. The printer makes the media curl a lot. I have tried bending it back by hand (business cards) and letting it sit overnight with heavy books on top of the stack of printouts. That works OK, but it is a bit of a pain and id I need the prints right away it's very inconvenient. Other than that issue have only good things to say about the printer. I find it to be much better than the HP MFP M281cdw it is replacing, except for the page curling.

I have longed ask myself, “is it possible to find a printer that is not terrible”. I have finally found the printer I had so long thought to not have existed. This printer is fairly easy to setup and prints exceptionally fast. My only issue is replacement ink is quite pricy.

I have gone with my last 2 printers with the tankless ink and both of them I got to the point where I could not figure out why the heads were not getting cleaned. The ink was cheap and never an issue but I felt like I had to keep replacing the printer. With this laser which is similar to the older model I have had at work since 2018 I just buy a new cartridge but never have any other Maintenance to have to worry about. So getting laser is now my new preference.

I recommend this printer. It's fast, the colors are good, and the features are versatile, so I'm very satisfied.

Works very well. The scanner quickly prints out excellent prints in both color and black and white.

Works as expected. Great two-sided color printing. Connects and sets up easily. Use only Brother OEM toner with it, however, or you will have issues.

The Brothers air printer is amazing. The picture you print is brite and colorful. I have it hooked up to my android and i pad. Ill i do is send pri t and within a few minites, i go and get my paper. A very good buy.

Loving the quality and speed of this printer, especially for our home use.
