Had been brother for 10+ years,Never broke down,never disappointed.Still using the old laser B&W printer.Bought the new Color one to add one to personal office.I am not a Fan bot,but I always had issues with Hp and Canon,brother models may have one or two less features for the price compared to the other two,but it is more reliable,and I appreciate that aspect the most.

we wanted a dependable printer that was not ink jet and this Brother fits the bill. The ink jet printers that we have had in the past would get clogged up so that they would not print. A laser printer does not get clogged for lack of use. Although the toner is more expensive, they are supposed to last for a 1000 pages. So far so good.

The printer is great. The color and text are very good. Simple install. It was a good buy. Hopefully the ink will last a while. Time will tell. I have used a laser jet due to the longevity of the ink and the quality of the text/color. I have used other Brother printers in the past and they have been of good quality.

Perfect printing everytime as long as its genuine toner. This model came with refresh program available. Love it so far.

Hp and Cannon are terrible with their new firmware and ink as a service. This brother printer was the easiest one I have ever setup.

I really can’t write a good review on this particular machine because I took this one back, but I had to use other brothers things that I’ve had great success with the reason I took this one back. It was too little and that was the only reason.

It’s a reliable printer. I just wish the colors printed out more accurately, since I do graphics projects and photo editing.
