Brother produces a good printer

The only problem is it comes with no directions. You have to figure it out from the on screen feature. I’m not a geek so it’s hit or miss until you can figure it out. An online manuel which you can download would be helpful.

However, product was damaged in transit from FedEx and after setup, it never worked properly. Had to return to Best Buy. Manufacture offered to replace, however, none were available. Purchased an Epson Workforce instead. Very happy with that purchase.

I found out about the Waste Ink Tank which was never mentioned in anything pushing this printer. When it gets full you have to buy a new one and pay $ for a code to enter after it is installed so you can actually print again. Also apparently indicator for the waste ink tank says it is fuller than it actually is. I just stopped for a bit and did more research on printers but they all seem to be annoying in one way or another. So I will probably finish the set up for this one and hope for a fairly good experience.

Please be advised, The ink absorber box or flushing box are components that may require periodic replacement to ensure optimum performance from your Brother MFCJ4335DW. The replacement cycle depends on the number of purges and flushes required to clean the ink system. The more cleaning the machine requires, the faster these boxes will fill up. The use of non Brother ink may cause frequent cleanings because non-Brother ink could cause poor print quality, which can be improved by cleaning.
