    A bit tricky getting this machine up and running. Must sign into Big Brother to download operating system. One has to just keep experimenting to get all features working. Of great assistance, Google Brother owner's manuals and print out those you need help with.

    The printer works great once you get connected! However, their support people leave lots to be desired. If you are having trouble look online....don't bother with their support.
