Needs a Cable

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I would rate the printer as a 5 star, but the purchase loses one star because nowhere in the Best Buy ad does it let the customer know that a USB or RJ45 cable is required to use the printer and those are not included.

After a surprisingly hard set up, I tried to print a two sided birthday card on 65# paper. Paper jammed. Even though Brothers touts cards in their "Creative Center", I now find that only plain paper is accepted for duplex printing, making this machine worthless to me.

So if I want to make a copy my internet connection must be on. Also setup instruction were not user friendly, for me. I like the light color of the machine

Of course these cartridges are expensive. So, I have't been able to replace them. Adding insult to injury, I cannot scan a document until all ink cartridges are replaced. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRINTER!
