"Do not waste your money on this. I made the mistake of not reading the negative reviews. The printer alignment is off, the lines are washed out and not straight. I have tried everything to troubleshoot, but to no avail. It’s been a year and a month, and I barely use the printer. I purchased it because the reviews were top-notch, but I should have checked the negative ones. You will see paper jams and alignment issues cropping up continuously. This unit is poorly made, simple as that. I reached out to Brother for support, and they provided me with a link to printer repairers authorized by Brother. I visited one today, and they informed me that they do not handle repairs but directed me to another place where that place sends their printers. Upon arrival, I discovered that the business had ceased operations. I wasted two hours driving, and on top of that, Best Buy does not offer repairs. Without purchasing the extended plan, they are unable to assist you. I will never buy from them again."

Ive had HPs for ever but I went for it as the reviews were so raving. This printer is not easy to set up on a MAC. The colors are SO far off on photos! The whites are electric blue. And it leaves streaks down each photo. Ive tried everything to correct it, if I could return it I would. One other really annoying thing is if you want to change the paper size you have to walk over the printer and change the settings on the machine each time. You also have to open the paper tray and move sliders around. To scan you have to hit the buttons 5 times and scroll through all kinds of stuff. Its just does not work well with mac at all. The online support is terrible for MAC - all fo the help FAQ's on their site are for operating systems like 5+ years ago. Im super annoyed. Stick with HP.

Works well. I tried a heavier grade paper for greeting cards and it jammed have not tried fax. Other than that I have not problems. It worked fine with my old PC with Windows 7.

Have a lot of issue with the paper jamming. Not sure if it the paper or what is causing it. It was a very easy set up.

I've had the printer about a month and no issues with printing. However, I scanned photos and the colors were very noticeably off and redder. (Blonde highlights became a crimson color) You can control the brightness and contrast with the app, but that did not fix the problem.

Not a bad printer but does fall off the WiFi network and I have to constantly reset it. Would have been a 5 star if it didn’t have the issue and a perfect printer.

So far, do good! Bought this for my home office. I like the way the ink is housed in individual tanks. Note to self - don't shut off the power to the printer or you'll need to reset the wifi settings.

its a basic printer - that does its job. Printing is slow but ok for people with not too much printing. Mine came with a year of Ink - so no complaints from price point.

The printer work well so far, no issues, the 4 stars are for the setup time and difficulty.

Bought this to replace a 4 year old Epson. Setup easy Printed test page fine First time i go to print 4 pages Printer jams and wont stop jamming once I cleared them Never again will i buy a Brother

This printer replaced an HP which was not printing. So far it works well.

This printer is worth the money . Just the some color printing is a bit slower than i expected.

When this printed, it did a great job. However, it frequently got into modes where it would not print at all. We finally got a "repair" program that we could run (sometimes twice) that would get it printing again. I don't think their drivers are properly tuned for Windows 11 yey!

This printer is a great little work horse. After a year of owning it, its still going strong.

A bit noisy when responding to a print request. Hopefully print cartridges will provide longer life cycle than those of HP printers.

Not understanding why the "Fax" notice keeps popping up as I do not have it set up with a landline for a fax option

I bought this print a few weeks ago. I love it. The fact that it came with so much ink made me even happier. Love This Brother - INKvestment Tank MFC-J4335DW.

I like Brothers. Have four of the in different places. The key pad can be a challenge for big fingers.
