We just purchased this last night---already set it up, and busy printing. No problems with set-up, was quite simple and straight forward.

This printer is absolute garbage. I bought this after my HP printer finally died after 11 years. I thought I'd give this brand a try. What a mistake!! I haven't even had this printer for a year and I spend more time troubleshooting than printing. Every time I try to print, I end up having to clean print nozzles or align the print cartridges or align the paper tray. Everything I print has streaks in it or is missing lines or the color isn't filled in completely. I run a small business and have very little time as it is. I don't have the time to waste trying to fix a one-year-old machine or money to waste on paper and ink since I have to throw away half of what I print. I need reliable equipment and this just isn't cutting it.

Brand new, but so far seems like a good product. Would buy again

I replaced a HP printer with this one and cannot think of a reason to go back to HP which has lost quality

Works great! Takes a little while to set up, but once it was up and running, it works perfectly.

I had a little trouble getting it set up, but it wasn't horrible. Other than that, it's a fantastic machine.

Being disgruntled with my HP printer devouring color cartridges, I bought this. After a surprisingly hard set up, I tried to print a two sided birthday card on 65# paper. Paper jammed. Even though Brothers touts cards in their "Creative Center", I now find that only plain paper is accepted for duplex printing, making this machine worthless to me.

Very nice home office printer, like the printer tank refill, no cartridges.

Great printer and love the all in one. Although I haven't used the fax yet the rest has been a great investment
