Extremely noisy even when set on silent mode, and to top it off, no paperwork to help you with other problems and the Brother website is of no value whatsoever. Wish I had never bought this machine. One good thing, when it does print, without jabs or crunching up your paper, it prints quickly.

My main concern is it doesn't print dark enough. I don't print a lot but recently had to print a few pages of documents and the quality was very light. It can't possibly be out of ink already as I only recently purchased it.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like the printer but very disappointed there is no touch screen. The small keyboard is hard to maneuver, especially when trying to select special characters and numbers.
