Ease of set up. Great prints including pictures. Fax set up easily. Love printing from my phone. Good value for the money.

Excellent print quality and speed for the price point. Good color depth, easy to refill hybrid ink cartridges, can print on my sticky, thick shipping labels. The downloadable scanning/printing/system software is fast and fluid, and makes scanning to different formats very easy. Main negative is that typing (while setting up Wifi, etc) using the buttons and screen are quite tedious. But you'll only do it once.

I have previously used another brand of printer which has consistently had issues. This Brother printer was easy to set up and use. So far, it has been very reliable. So happy!

I love my new printer. It OSF faster than my old one and the print and color is very clear. I had to call Brother to help get it connected to the Wi-Fi. They were awesome.

This has been one of the best printers so far. I use it for school projects and crafting. I like that I don't have to worry about buying ink, it'll automatically come to me. Customer service has been great with helping me set it up

My previous four printers were laser versions of various brands. Wanted to try inkjet technology and settled on this Brother model. It's a decent printer that is fast for an inkjet, but well behind a laser. The colors run out fairly quicky, but black holds up nicely. Seems to get out of alignment easily.

Great print quality and I can print directly from my phone or iPad pretty easily.

So far so good. Easy set up. Big ink tanks. Should last a good while. We'll see. The display is pretty tiny.

For a low cost printer the MFC-J4335DW comes packed with features (print BW/color, scan direct or to computer, fax, multi-sheet scan feed, two-sided printing). The printing is slower than some HP and Canon models, so I would suggest buying this model for light-to-moderate printing needs. The main reason I bought this was for the high capacity cartridges. The downside with these is that currently Brother is the only supplier for this model. Easy setup.

Love this printer, it was easy to set up , it prints fast in black n white ( not so much in color ) and i like that it prints on both sides of the paper .

Great print quality, long lasting cartridges, crisp images. Easy to use. Document feed for the scanner is a big plus.

I took away one star only because the software download took a while and seemed older. Other than that the print quality is great and prints super quickly.

Setup was not difficult and printer is working fine so far (one month). Only issue was changing the password - I found it difficult to maneuver around on the screen - changing from capital letters, letters-to-numbers, and then changing to the special characters screen. It was not intuitive and I personally found it tedious.

I have not had the printer long, but so far i lik it very much. I just leave the printer on and it goes off by itself when not in use. It prints from my laptop and cell phone. The copies are very nice, good color. I was told that the ink cartridges will not dry out like most of the printers where you habr to poor in ink. If this is true, this printer will save me a lot of money. Thanks Best Buy!

Printer worked fine until the computer was repaired.

Easy to set up and install; we bought 3 of them for the office as personal printers. Very quick to print and to scan. Business level appliance.

Prints fast. quiet compared to others I have had. Only drawback is can't find aftermarket replacement ink cartridges so have to pay Brother prices.

Fast printing! Easy to setup out of the box. Software installation pretty straight forward. Love the inkjet type Brother uses. Worth the price.

The printer works as intended so far. Just bought so time will tell.
