Easy to set up and prints nice, like the automatic feed

Prints beautiful. The only problem I’m having is it keeps telling me that the M color is low. Of course it isn’t. I thought maybe it was the cartridge fault and so put in a new one but the printer still says low ink. So must be a glitch in that sensor. I think I’ve run out of time to exchange at the store. I’ll just have to wait it out and see what happens. Otherwise easy set up. I went to website on line and setup from there.

Scanning and copying is easy and quick. Printing is clear.

I purchased this Brother printer to replace another Brother printer that I had for a little over fifteen years. I highly recommend Brother, their products are fantastic.

Best printer ever! Saves yourself the headache and buy this EXACT printer! It’s not cheap but worth every penny

I am using an older iMac that is not capable of using the newest OS. I was able to learn how to use Airprint without upgrading the OS with help from the iMac users group. The box and receipt all say up to one year of ink in the box but the starter supply is very small. I wish the box had included full ink tanks and the price was increased by $100. I will still have to spend $100 on ink tanks to get what was promised on the box. This model is much faster at duplex printer than my older Brother.

I bought this for my teenage daughter's room. After carrying it upstairs and installing it, I was never able to get it to print without jamming itself in the process. There is something about the design that doesn't allow for seamless feeding into the print area from the trays. It comes out with paper that is folded and creased AND there is always a jam that needs fixed after each printing attempt. I do not think this is a solid design like Brother's other printers (we have tons of other Brother inkjets that work just fine). We are having to return this to get a different model. I am hopeful that the laser printer I bought instead will work better.

A multifunctional printer is not capable of scan two sided documents in one pass. Customer service was unavailable with the promoted hours. I passed, purchasing a Canon multifunction and returning this one.

So far this printer has been able to do everything I wanted. It would be Perfect if it had 2 paper trays so you could have 2 different size papers loaded at the same time.

Our second Brother printer in 10 years of 40-70% daily use. So far very satisfied with all the features. Noise level is about on par with others we had. Setup was a little bit challenging.

This printer works very well I have not had to change ink cartridges since I bought it two years ago.

So far so good. A bit noisy when in use. Haven’t printed in color yet other than test page but was really light. Nor vibrant at all ☹️

Happy Brother Customer over the years still have old printer but have hard time finding Brother ink:)

So far it’s working perfectly, I’ve been using for about 3 weeks. The set up process was very easy as long as you follow the steps. It was the worst part since I hate the set up of things. Also, love the double sided feature.

Have had it for a few weeks now and seems to be fine. A bit loud and some things are not intuitive but not difficult to figure out

Works great for what I need. Pulls card stock effortlessly.

Not an easy set up on a old iMac. Check with Brother before you buy to determine if compatible with your computer.

Excellent machine. Easy setup and nice printing. Comes with a year of ink.

This is an excellent printer. The setup was very easy and functions very well. The only slightly negative thing about it would be that it seems a bit more noisy than past printers I have had.
