    Terrible! Never did work right. We were told to bring it to Best Buy Geek Squad. We did and they sent us home with it and told us we had to do phone support. Very loyal Best Buy customer but feel they failed us with this purchase!

    This is my first leap into the world of a Brother printer and to be quite honest I'm impressed. If you're in the market for a really decent all in one printer look no further. Fast mobile printing, large paper capacity (400 sheets) and high yield color and back cartridges. Lots and lots of copies. It can be used in both home and in a small office setting. The printer is stylish, sleek, modern looking, wireless and compact, capable of scanning, faxing, copying and printing in both color and black and white. Printer installation was easy and I encountered no problems. Setup was flawless with my Microsoft Surface Windows based computer as well as use with my IPhone 12 Pro. I had to download the printer drivers before I could utilize the product. I printed wirelessly and output results and quality were awesome. Clean prints and color charts were magnificent with true to life color. The printer is relatively quiet and is aesthetically pleasing to the eye and very easy to use. Generally I prefer printers that have a toner cartridge, as the toner does not dry out. For example, if I print 10 pages and wait 14 months to print another job, there is no problem. My concern is for printers that have ink cartridges. It's a fact that ink dries out and if you wait many months between print jobs you might be unpleasantly surprised. I mention this only to bring to light to those consumers who don't print very much during the year. Will your printer work after waiting for an extended amount of time? My second concern with ink cartridge printers is whether or not the printer will operate if you are low on one of the color cartridges? Some printers don't operate unless all cartridges have sufficient ink levels even if you wish to print a document in black and white. I have encountered printers that fail to print a black and white document even is the black cartridge is full but one color cartridge is empty. Lastly, can the consumer use a generic brand of ink? Will the printer accept the off brand and will it print? All of the things should be taken into account with the purchase of a printer. Pros: ****All-in one printer which copies, scans, prints and can fax. ****Fast and easy set up. ****Nice quality color and black and white prints. ****No compatibility problems with my Windows 10 operating system, and my IPhone 12 Pro. Cons: **** None encountered but the following are unknown: ****Will your ink dry out after long periods of printer inactivity? ****Will you be able to print a black document if one of the color cartridges is is out of ink? ****Can the consumer install a generic cartridge and will the printer recognize it? Overall, I'm very happy with the printer. It's pretty quiet and handled all of my personal printing jobs with ease. This is a awesome printer for home use and performed well for its price point. I didn't experience any paper-jams during my daily use. The output quality of this printer is great, with crisp clean prints being the norm. I definitely recommend this printer for your everyday print jobs. I was quite pleased with this product and you should be also!

    jams about i in three print jobs. has cost me countless hours in lost time due to a plethora of error issues. and now its gonna cost me a trip to best buy to return.

    Last printer old Epson Work Force model.. very long life with few issues other than high ink usage and need to running cleaning cycle when cartridges dried. Donated to Son for school. Excited about Ink Tanks instead of constantly changing overpriced cartridges. Bought the Brother INKvestment, right out of the box paper jam everytime. Printer full of flimsy plastic. Worked with Brother support, said sent printer back for warranty work .. What its brand new .. bought back to Best Buy for refund. Bought the Epson eco tank ET-3760.. at least its working.. so far so good.

    I’ve tried really hard to give this printer a chance & I was very excited about it! It sometimes takes itself offline & worst part is, it constantly jams- wasting my ink & paper. I sometimes print one item multiple times to finally get a decent & usable copy. I honestly regret how much I spent on this & I unfortunately did not pay for a service plan- or else this would’ve been long gone!

    A defective product right from the outset. It crumpled the paper each time it printed. I tried loading different paper, or one sheet at a time. It made no difference. I returned the product on the day I purchased it.

    Didn’t work. After following 15 minutes of set up instructions carefully, the printer could not manage to print the calibration page without paper jam. Returned it.

    The set up was easy, it is fast and quiet however, the most important function ( printing ) is terrible. This machine will go back.

    PRINTER HELP

    I cannot rate the printer because it isn't set up. I'm physically unable to set it up. I tried the Geek squad and the rep said I needed a computer not my cell phone. Now I'm confused! It is my understanding that I can use the printer with a cell phone. This rating is based on your qeek squad rep who hung up on me.

    Worst printer I've owned. Paper jams every time. Other reviews list how the paper jams & I should have listened. Very noisy as well with grinding sounds. Don't buy, you'll regret it. I do.

    Junk. It chewed up paper and envelopes from the second printed piece of paper. Sounded like a meat grinder full of nuts. sent it back same day I got it. Won't buy another Brother again. Had tried them previously several years ago and that printer was very short lived. My mistake for thinking someone in China actually cared about product improvement.

    Terrible, I plugged in and could not even print the first sheet without error message! Continued doing this each and every other time and finally after a week of trying packed it back up and took back to Best Buy!

    This is the worst Brother Printer that I have owned in the last 24 years and I have bought maybe 10 of them over the years. The color document scan is as fast as a snail moving on the floor. This was the worst ever purchase of any item that I have bought over the years.

    Difficult to setup. Directions are terrible. It worked on and off with my Netgear wifi router. Finally gave up and bought a Canon which worked fine without all the headaches.

    I could never set up the printer because the paper kept jamming. I've had Brother's printer's before with no issues, so I decided to do an exchange which was easy breezy with Best Buy.

    Very disappointed as printed less than 50 pages and get error saying rolling needs cleaning when it doesn't. Prints regular sheet of paper but eats up photo paper.
