Is operating well. First Brother product in a while. Took a little tech learning to get printer to talk with my Mac Air, but worked out fine. Print, scan, copy all working.

I have had HP and Samsung printers in the past and they only lasted an average of 2 years. I read an article on Brother printers that complemented their durability. I purchased a Brother MFC-J4510DW in 2014 and it suddenly gave up after 8 years. Obviously I opted for another Brother printer, MFC-J4535DW, and hope to get the same kind of longevity as my prior one.

I am impressed with this printer. So far it has performed very well and I have no complaints except setting it up seemed a bit more difficult than it needed to be - but maybe that was just me. I have it installed on a network with Alexa; it took several tries for her to find it but she eventually did and all is well now.

I’ve only had this printer a few weeks but so far so good. Easy to work with, fast printing. My last printer was a Brother & lasted 10+ years with no problems. Brother puts out a good product. Because of all the shortages I had to wait 4 months but it was well worth it.

Love my new printer. I have had it for several months. Great quality, its a little loud but over all it’s great

I had problems setting up the printer and finally called by phone for help and got set up. The technician was patient and took a lot of time with me. However, I still have trouble with the paper feed. Most paper comes out with a large fold in the middle.

Set up this printer is much easier than I imagined. I am not a tech person, so if I can do it, anyone can do it too.

It was easy to set up and it’s fast. It does a wonderful job of printing. I haven’t had it long but so far, I love it and would recommend it.

Excellent all in one printer. I like that my ink gets monitored and I can order more ink when needed with the monthly membership.

This is such a horrible printer. I got it delivered and I didn’t open it till almost a month later because I was on a trip. So once I opened it I was setting it up and everything was going good till when I had to put in the paper so it could print the test ink paper out. It kept getting jammed and wouldn’t work. I tried contacting Brother to see about the warranty and up till now I’m still unable to get ahold of them. I tried going to Best Buy to return it or exchange it and since it had been over the 15 days that I could return it I wasn’t able to so now I’m stuck with an overpriced piece of crap printer.

Great quality, delivery is quick and billing accurate.

Downloading software is a nightmare. It took 3 attempts to download and all I can do so far is print. Still missing files from the download.

At the beginning I couldn’t get it to auto align. I had to do it manually.

I only use 1/week, but every time I do, I have to clean the printheads and realign. I bought this printer to save ink, not waste it!! Worst printer I've owned.

Absolute worst printer to setup. I would never recommend to buy this printer. Would only work with one of 3 laptops. Terrible programming. Buy an HP or Epson. I will be returning.
