I love this printer, and the ink is a bonus. Very easy set up.

Easy to setup printer to my laptop and home computer

Seems to be very satisfactory. Unfortunately had to call the Geek Squad for a house call as (like many printers) did not easily connect to our Mac Pro. So far, operation has been flawless. (We had to wait several weeks for delivery as was "out of stock.") Worth the wait.

I like the printer. What did upset me was that the person who checked us out didn't offer a geek squad extend warranty ( not sure if this applys for this particular product) . I also didn't get a copy of the receipt emailed to me not a big deal but it's the principal of the matter Over all it is a good printer so far.

I’ve had this printer for a 5 months and have not had to purchase ink. It still has about 75% in the tanks. This was my biggest reason for purchasing an ink tank printer and it has not disappointed. Image quality and connectivity have been adequate as well. The printer is pretty slow but its fine for home use.

It took a couple hours for me to figure out how to set up and install the printer. I am not a techie, but instructions were fairly clear with added help by googling my installation questions and reading suggested solutions. I have not experienced any problems with wifi printing.

You can tell that a lot of thought went into the entire process of this printer. From unboxing to complete setup. Total unboxing and setup took me about 15 minutes. The software is not invasive like other companies. Scan functions and print functions have worked flawlessly so far.

My last printer was an HP, and it was horrible. Any time I wanted to use it, it was 'offline', and it took 30 minutes to an hour to be able to access it again. THIS printer is wonderful, does all I want it to do, and actually when I want to do it! It also came with enough ink to last a year. I love it!

Not fast but not too slow. Good printing for the cost.

Very convenient. Had issues with paper jams in the tray that scanned the docs. The docs seem to have to be completely flat or jamming may occur. Didn’t have this happen with the last, cheaper printer

This is a solid home printer. A few pros - you can print in black and white if color cartridges are empty, it appears to use ink efficiently and it has a small footprint. A few cons - it can be slow and loud. Overall, if you need to print a few pages, it is a good choice.

My first couple printers were brothers then I switched to HP which made for a horrible few years regarding printing. I’m back with Brother and won’t switch again. The reason for 4 stars is it didn’t come with this much ink as expected.

This printer is great. I can print from my phone or computer. It does well scanning in documents to my computer which I have used often. And I have had it over a year and I haven’t had to change the ink yet. I like that considering how costly ink cartridges are.

I like the compact footprint, and this machine both copies and scans really quickly. However, I HATE the lack of a handle for the paper holder and how cumbersome it is to add paper. VERY poor design in this area. Also, you must be face-to-face with the display to see it; it should have been designed to rotate at least a little so you don't have to be at crouching eye-level :-( Not sure whether I would recommend this printer or not, as the paper tray issue is not insignificant.

Our old Canon printer died and we were in search of a reliable all-in-one printer. After much research, we bought the Brother. It works great. No problems setting it up and our devices (computers and phones) connected easily.

I only set this printer up the other day, but so far it seems to be working fine. The set-up was straight forward and one feature I especially like is that you can set the scanner to scan directly to more than one computer. We set it up to give us a choice to scan directly to our desktop or my wife’s laptop.

Purchased this for my daughter to do her school work. Ended up using it more to scan documents to my clients now that I have to work from home. Print beautifully with many other features and so easy to understand. The ink quality is amazing, lasts months.
