I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PRINTER AND SO HAPPY WE DONT HAVE TO RUN TO GET MORE INK AFTER EACH BIG PROJECT!!! WE BOUGHT IT IS JANUARY AND ONLY REPLACED THE INK ONCE!!

I had a great Brother printer for years. Totally loved that machine. I only changed it out as after at least ten years of use, it started to print a bit askew. Pressed for time, and not knowing how to fix the problem, I decided to purchase another Brother copier. As I use the printer for work as well as personal use I need it to be perfect as far as color and sharpness. I went to Best Buy and purchased one I could afford at the time. About $150. I couldn't be more disappointed, The color stinks and the paper jams over and over again. If I had not thrown out the box I would have returned it and borrowed money to get a better printer. I recently found out how I could have fixed my original printer and rue the day I got rid of it. Would I buy another Brother Copier, Yes I would. Just not the one I got. So upset.

I like everything about this printer although it doesn't always stay connected wirelessly. It seems you have to turn it on/off when this happens and you usually reconnect. Other than that, no issues.

A little more complicated to set up then I assumed it would be. I’m having trouble having consistent prints (sometimes it does double sided, other times it doesn’t) it also has messed up the way I print papers by flipping them so they go bottom up then reverse. If that make sense? When I go to staple I have to sort through it manually to make sure it’s all lined up the way it’s supposed to be. I’ve had a Kodak photo printer with none of these issues but it ate up my ink so I was hoping this would save cost. I haven’t made any more attempts to sort it out but I will.

Good for what it is but printing quality is not as good as my old epson, its also pretty noisy and shakes the unit it sits atop. But its a printer which prints so what more do you want?

I haven't had the printer a very long time to test the claim of "Ink for a Year," but it does work very well. I really love the double-sided print feature. It works quickly and quietly.

Brother printers are my favorite of all printers. I love the amount of ink supplied with it. The scan feature is so easy. You can make great copies also. Tje best.

Great printer! Easy to setup. Love the paper drawer instead of just a paper tray to load papers and it's nearly tucked away.

Was looking for a good wireless printer in a house with multiple phones, windows machines, and chromebooks. This printer connected to all locally on the wifi with ease.

I have had it for 2 months. Set iup was relativley easy.. loading and drivers was not that intuitive. Printer works great. Ink levels are strong still. I like the oversized ink cartridges.

Brother printerThis is my fourth printer from Best Buy. I keep trying different brands because after approximately one year they turned to crap out. So far so good with this one.

Printer works well. Online setup instructions for Mac were a bit confusing. Paper tray does not hold a lot of paper, but fine for at-home printing.

The printer does a good job - has all multi-functions, and works seamlessly for double-sided printing. Replacement ink is expensive, but it is a very good option for light home use.

It’s responsive and works well with iOS devices. Changing and adding paper is a bit last millennium but the print quality is fine. Will see in the next few months how it is for ink usage.

These Brother printers seem to be more reliable than HP or Epson. I get many more ink problems in the others.

This printer is pretty good for its money. I used to print documents come up pictures, and small projects. Ink price is comparable to other printers.

The printer is more than adequate for home use and is a great all-in-one printer. Will be interested to see how long the printer ink tanks last.

I have a love-hate relationship with his printer. For the first six months it worked awesome no issues nothing just perfect. Then it kept getting paper jam after paper jam when there wasn’t any it doesn’t print double-sided anymore it jams when that function is set. But the main problem is that it keeps losing Wi-Fi signal and I keep having to type in the password over and over and over and still cannot find the net work tried WPS push button trade either net nothing. Nothing works then miraculously it’ll start working for a couple days. Then I have to print something in a hurry and again it won’t connect. It’s insanity I’ve been trying to return this since last August 2020 and no printers have been available with these features for similar pricing

I have used my Brother's printer for everything I can think of and it hasn't let me down once!

bought this printer on sale. Best buy I have gotten. Do not have to worry about ink and spending as much for cartridges as I did for the printer!
