Brother needs to up its support game

Works fine with USB connection but the wireless does not. While I imagine I will eventually put in enough hours to get it functioning it will not be because of Brothers support website which is complex and yet incomplete, with countless steps that end with no result. The definition of non user friendly. The print quality is fine. The flatbed scanner quality looks dark for the small art pieces I’m scanning and I hope to be able to adjust that with Photoshop

Lots of trouble to install
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was told in store that this printer was compatible with my older HP Windows 7 computers, but when I tried to install the printer/drivers via the installation CD, it keeps failing. I contacted Brothers and followed their tech's instructions and it still would not load. They suggested I shut off my security system and tried again, but still the print driver would not load. It only loads, the fax, scan,copy features. The print command only works if it comes through my iPhone. Now I will have to pay Geek Squad to install what should have been an easy upload. Very sorry I bought this!
