    Does not scan directly to email as the online Best Buy individual told me it would. It will print from my computer or phone, but will not recognize the same computer to scan. And customer support is 45-50 minute wait each time I try to get assistance. Disappointing and an expensive unit!

    The printer loves to indicate paper jams with no jammed paper. I really wish we had purchased a dependable product, this one isn't. Working from home during COVID, internal audit next week that requires printed pages. I have to violate my quarantine and go into work to get it done. This is an undependable product. And on a Friday I just spent two hours going through their onscreen solution about 10 times. My solution? pull the plug from the wall socket.
