    We have several printers and this is my least favorite. We have a difficult time connecting as it seems to lose WiFi connection. It’s in the same room as the router, about 10’ away

    This product worked well for a while but then it broke shortly after my one year in. I had bought the extended warranty and had it replaced with another brand when the company refunded me my money on this. I cannot recommend this brand like I used to in the past.

    Ink cartridges are a rip-off. The advertised ink "tanks" are the same as cartridges. Same capacity and price as cartridges. I need a printer which lets me just pour ink from a bottle.

    Work good, but I has not been able to download driver in one computer to print envelopes, printer is in the web, but the driver. visit Brother website, follow instructions but not successful! I need to print envelopes
